Raise Awareness for Liver Donation

My name is Jenny and I was diagnosed with Alpha 1 Antitrypsin Deficiency with a ZZ phenotype of ZZ (levels below 20). I was diagnosed in my 20's and told there was not much information on the genetic mutation...just that I would eventually need a liver and possible lung transplant. After much research (along with a career in healthcare), I realized there is a huge need for organ donation. I'm hoping this site can bring awareness to the need to get screened for living organ donations (liver, kidney & bone marrow).
